Delete your Fondyrides account
You can have your Fondyrides account and its data deleted at any time. This page is for anyone who no longer has the app installed.
What gets deleted
- Your Fondyrides account and your sign-in access
- Saved places, such as home and work addresses
- Your ride history and in-app chat messages
What we keep
Payment and tax records for completed rides are kept for as long as the law requires, then deleted. They are never used for anything else.
How to delete your account
Fastest way: open Fondyrides, go to Profile, then tap Delete account. The account and its data are removed right away.
No longer have the app? Email us from the address on your Fondyrides account at fondyrides.local@gmail.com, and we will verify the request and delete the account and its data within 7 days.
